For founders & small businesses

Four ways to think more clearly about your business.

Not more information, ideas or tasks. The conditions, frameworks and challenge you need to decide what matters, and then act on it.

How they fit

These are not four rungs of a ladder, and you do not have to start at the bottom.

Introduction to Strategy builds the foundations. Strategy Studio is where you make progress on what that session sends you away with. Clarity Circle takes the same foundations and deepens them across a year. Clarity First sits alongside all of that, a distinct intervention for an established business that needs realigning rather than a course of learning.

01 A system to work through

Clarity First

The decision-led system for clarity and alignment in your business.

For owners of established businesses who already have clients but feel overstretched, or uncertain where to put their attention for most impact. Too many ideas, too many offers, or a business that works but feels harder than it should.

Rather than adding more to do, it helps you step back, see what is actually happening and make the decisions that create focus. Every module ends in one.

Introduction to Strategy Workshop

Strategy is not just planning. It is how you make intentional decisions about growth, value and direction.

Most founders are working hard and making decisions constantly without ever having been taught to think strategically about their own business. This is the session that fixes that: discussion-led, interactive, and immediately applicable. Not corporate jargon, not generic business fluff.

It is probably for you if:

  • Your business has grown organically, reactively or intuitively
  • You struggle to explain what makes you different
  • Your decisions feel inconsistent or unstructured
  • You have never formally worked through positioning or value
  • You are busy, but not strategically focused
  • FormatFacilitated workshop, discussion-led
  • Running since2024, with around thirty founders through it
  • You leave withFrameworks you can use straight away, and practical next actions
  • NotA finished strategy. This creates the foundations for one

Jane reconnected with the purpose of her business, and began thinking more intentionally about the unique value she could deliver.

“Working with [Charlotte] helped me reconnect with the why of my business and move forward with a much clearer sense of direction and intentionality.”

Introduction to Strategy sends you away with actions. This is where they get done.

Strategy Studio

The workshop introduces the concepts. The Studio creates progress.

Knowing what needs your attention and finding the time and headspace to do it are two different problems. Strategic thinking is cognitively demanding, which is exactly why it loses to client work and the inbox.

So the Studio is a facilitated working session for people who have completed Introduction to Strategy. You come ready to work on one of the follow-up actions from that session: clarifying value and market, closing a gap in what you know about your customers, strengthening a value proposition, or working out how value, market and edge come together.

My job in the room is not to add another layer of theory. It is to help you say where you are stuck, surface the assumptions underneath it, challenge and refine the thinking, and get you out of the door with real progress and a specific next step.

04 By invitation

Clarity Circle

A year-long space to deepen how you think about your business, building a practical toolkit, and learning to use it as the business and the market keep changing.

Six sessions across a year, following a deliberate arc: value, positioning, pricing, competition, networks and partnerships, and feedback loops and KPIs. These are not concepts to understand and file away. They get used, in the room, against live decisions in the businesses present.

You are supported by a carefully selected group of six non-competing business owners, honest discussion, and enough structure to hold attention on the bigger picture across a whole year.

Not sure which of these fits?

That is a reasonable place to start. Tell me what you are working through and I will point you at the right one, or tell you if none of them is what you need.
